Customer Service

  • We're really sorry to hear that you've encountered an issue with your order, refund, or exchange.

    We totally understand how frustrating this can be, but don't worry - we're here to help! Our Customer Service team is always ready to assist you with any questions, concerns, or problems you might have.

    Just drop us a message at support@lri-1023.com, and we'll jump right in to investigate for you. Don't forget to include your order number and a quick description of what's going on. We'll do everything we can to figure it out and make things right for you. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours until we have processed your request.

Product/Print-to-order related questions

  • Our pieces are available for a limited time only. We release our collections in drops. Each drop is open for a specified period, and once the window closes, the collection is no longer available for purchase. It's a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to act quickly to secure your favorite pieces. Please note that when the shop is closed, you won't be able to purchase from LRI 10 23 until the next drop.

  • We do not restock old items unless they are in high demand—and we’re not even sure about that yet. Once we release something, we typically don’t bring it back with the same design and color. To be notified of any restocks, please subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage or subscribe to back-in-stock notifications on the product page

  • Our pieces have an oversized fit. You will find the corresponding size table on the product page. We offer our products from size XS to size XXL.
    Take a look at the photos on the product page, which give you a reference of the sizes our models wear and their height.

  • Our clothes are printed and embroidered locally in our hometown Salzburg (Austria) at a small, female-led embroidery. We take pride in supporting local businesses and fostering female empowerment, as our partner company is solely operated by women. With a focus on quality, design M.W ensures each piece meets our standards for excellence. Monja, the CEO, has become a true friend of the brand and serves as a contact point for questions of any kind! A partnership we value deeply, made to last! <3
    Additionally, working with a local partner allows us to maintain direct communication channels and support our community in small but meaningful ways. We are committed to promoting sustainability in every aspect of our business.

  • All of our apparel and bags are produced by an innovative Belgian apparel company, made with 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton only, and manufactured in Bangladesh.
    The company is convinced that manufacturing in Asia is a good thing if done properly. And properly means respecting the rights of the men and women that they employ. It means giving them the means to acquire new skills and to receive education and training. All factories are GOTS-certified and audited by the Fair Wear Foundation. The entire production chain is certified by various independent bodies and meets several different industry standards.

  • Take care of the things you love! Wear often, wash less for a happy environment.
    Wash your products on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees with similar colors.
    Wash your items inside out and use a color detergent.
    Heavy-duty detergents may contain bleach and therefore change the colors.
    Do not bleach or tumble dry.
    We recommend ironing the product inside out.
    If your style has a print, please do not iron directly over it as the heat may damage it.

    Good to know: All our clothes come pre washed.

  • In the future, as part of our evolving services, we might introduce print-to-order sales. If you decide to purchase products during our pre-sale events, it's important to understand that the products will only be shipped after the pre-sale has concluded. Additionally, we have print-to-order collections available, where production begins once the order is placed, which may result in a production timeframe of up to 3-4 weeks.

Shipping

  • The delivery costs for insured shipping depend on the destination country and the size of the parcel. Please note, we’re a small start-up and therefore can’t cover all shipping costs (yet🤞)

    We offer standard shipping in Austria via Österreichische Post, and worldwide express shipping via DHL-Express, which can be selected during check-out.

    We really appreciate your support, therefore we provide free shipping after spending a specific amount.

    Returns are to be paid by the customer.

  • Standard domestic shipments typically take 4-5 business days to arrive. For international orders, 5-7 business days. Find out more here

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order.

  • All items in your order will be shipped in one package to reduce shipping costs.

  • Since we are a very small team, we can't promise that we will be able to modify your order. Please email support@lri-1023.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support@lri1-1023.com.

    Please note - if your order is already ready for shipment or has even been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel. If this is the case, you can make use of the 14-day return policy.

Payment modalities

  • Currently we offer the following payment methods: Stripe, Apple Pay, PayPal, Credit Card

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

  • We hope you're happy with your order but if for any reason you aren't - don't worry.

    You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, just make sure that all items will be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packing and tags attached.

    The customer is responsible for the fees associated with return shipment.

  • Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition*.

    Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Please allow (5-10) business days for funds to appear in your original payment method account.

    *Please be aware that if your item does not meet our inspection criteria, you will be notified via email and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Refer to our Terms of Sale for further details.

    Kindly note that we are a small team striving to address all inquiries promptly. However, there may be slight delays in responding to certain queries. As a startup, we occasionally require additional time to coordinate with our third-party partners before providing solutions. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.



    !!! Shipping costs regulation for partial revocation: If the buyer makes partial use of the right of revocation and the remaining order value falls below the limit for deliveries free of shipping costs, we reserve the right to subsequently calculate the originally waived shipping costs and deduct them from the refund amount. This is done in accordance with the statutory provisions and serves to cover the actual shipping costs incurred.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item in the usual way and place a new order to get the right size.
